For custom orders, the standard MOQ is only 1000 pieces per style. For many private label projects, a MOQ of 1000 pieces is both economical and ensures price competitiveness and quality control.
We also accept trial orders—for certain standard stock styles, we can even arrange smaller order quantities to test market response. For example, 200-500 pieces are acceptable.

Production lead time depends on order details and typically ranges from a few weeks to 1-2 months.
For products in stock, we can deliver within one week after confirming all order details and receiving payment.
For standard orders (using existing molds and common production processes), the production lead time for medium-sized orders is approximately 3-4 weeks once all details are confirmed.
More complex orders—such as those requiring new mold development, special decorations, or very large batch orders—may take around 6-8 weeks.
We will provide a more precise timeline after assessing your project requirements. Furthermore, sample confirmation and deposit payment times also affect production progress, so we recommend finalizing your design as early as possible to ensure production proceeds on schedule.

1. Sample Confirmation: Product evaluation is conducted via video/physical sample. If the sample approved, delivery will be made according to the sample's quality standards.
2. Order Production: After sample confirmation, production will be arranged according to the sample specifications and quantity confirmed in the final Proforma Invoice (PI).
3. Quality Inspection and Shipment: After production is completed, the factory/third party will inspect the goods. Once the goods approved, the factory/customer will arrange shipment.

Yes, we can provide samples for your evaluation. Samples are charged normally, but once the minimum order quantity is reached, we will deduct the sample fee as a credit against the bulk order.
In-stock sample requests are processed quickly—we usually ship within 1-3 business days after confirmation.
If you require customized samples, it typically takes about 5-7 days.

We offer one year of after-sales service from the date of receipt from your side. If the product has any quality issues when received it before selling, we support to replace it for free.
